Make-Ready Technician — Little Rock, Arkansas

The Daily Personnel is seeking an experienced Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.

Applicants must have their own tools.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-ready work between move-outs and move-ins.
• Perform routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs within the scope of your training.
• Patch drywall, paint touch-ups, and replace fixtures and hardware.
• Inspect apartments and report additional repair needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Apartment make-ready or multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have your own tools for routine make-ready work.
• Able to follow work orders, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Dependable, professional, and attentive to detail.
