Job Summary and Qualifications
The Mammography Technologist is responsible for the performance of mammography and/or assisting with other related radiographic breast procedures (e.g.; galactogram, stereotactic breast biopsy, et cetera). All work performed will be in compliance with Federal (MQSA) and State (Texas Department of State Health Services) regulations as well as with ACR guidelines.

Minimum Education, Experience, and Certification Required:
South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers (STRIC) offers full-service, outpatient diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology in San Antonio, Texas. Professional interpretation and interventional procedures are provided by South Texas Radiology Group, P.A. (STRG). STRG has more than 70 Board-Certified Radiologists, many with sub-specialties such as neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, body, cardiac, breast, and interventional radiology. They have built strong experience and a trusted reputation over more than fifty years.
Registered technologists who are highly trained and experienced perform safe and accurate imaging exams using advanced imaging technology. South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers (STRIC) is one of the largest outpatient diagnostic imaging providers in San Antonio, with twenty-two locations across San Antonio, Boerne, and Schertz, Texas.
