Up to date with 15 Current Mammography CE's.
8 hours of 2d and 3d Documented training
Documented specific training in Stereotactic Biopsies
Compliance with MQSA standards MG Exams

Required Skills & Experience:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be able to effectively work in a high-volume team environment.
-Ability to learn new tasks quickly and have problem-solving skills while meeting daily productivity targets.
-Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-One (1) year of experience in Mammography.
-Proficiency in Epic and Sectra PACS and can be obtained during training/introductory period.
Required Education:
-Graduate of an NJDEP approved radiography program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-BLS Certified.
-ARRT certification in Mammography.
-Licensed by New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in Diagnostic Radiography.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-ARRT in Radiologic Technology.
-ARRT in Mammography.
Job Summary:
Performs mammographic procedures according to state, federal and department standards and guidelines. Reviews patient records and ensures all pertinent information is completed and available for Radiologist. Performs mammographic examinations, bone density and breast biopsy procedures with a high standard of accuracy in positioning and technical factors.
Job Responsibilities:

-Ensures assigned area is properly stocked with adequate supplies and required materials necessary to perform procedures.
-Must adhere to site-specific dress code requirements.
-May have call and holiday rotations as required by the site.
-Assists with training and mentoring of new team members or students.
-Works with leadership to ensure all annual competencies are completed in a timely manner.
-Adheres to all system requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
-Effectively maintains all licenses and certifications, including any CE requirements.
