    Mammography Technologist - FT Days | Houston, TX

    A leading healthcare provider in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mammography Technologist to join their imaging team on a full-time, weekday schedule. If you are passionate about patient care and skilled in mammography procedures, this opportunity is for you.

    Location: Southwest Houston, TX
    Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (No travel required)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-quality mammographic procedures in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
    • Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure accurate imaging techniques.
    • Monitor and enter patient data accurately into the system.

    • Conduct equipment quality assurance and support accreditation processes.
    • Assist in emergency call duties within the department.

    • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in patient care.

    • Serve as a mentor or preceptor to less experienced staff, supporting their development.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology and Mammography Technology program.
    • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R and ARRT-M).
    • Holds a current or temporary Texas Medical Board MRT license.

    • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support.

    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care.

    • Ability to safely maneuver and position patients.
