What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography, with proficiency in stereotactic biopsy and QC related to mammography.
- Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) in Mammography.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to perform all types of mammography studies, including needle localization and ductograms.
- Strong knowledge of mammography equipment and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make informed decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in performing mammography procedures in a busy clinical environment.
- Additional certifications related to breast imaging.
- Familiarity with new imaging technologies and techniques.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of specialized mammography experience.
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
- Current BLS certification.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a schedule from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm for 13-week assignments.
- Licensed and certified to perform mammography with competency in stereotactic biopsy.
- Must work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
