Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational processes, challenges, and requirements.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations for implementation teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess business impacts, validate requirements, and support solution delivery.

Facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, support testing and issue resolution, and contribute to project planning and change management activities.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Experience in business analysis, enterprise system implementation, business transformation, or project delivery, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Technical Skills:
Business Requirements Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Requirements Documentation, Enterprise Applications, Solution Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Testing Support, Change Management

Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise business transformation initiatives involving operational process analysis, business requirements, and system-enabled process improvements.

Experience analyzing program policies, business rules, operational processes, and stakeholder needs and translating them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.

Experience supporting order-to-cash business processes, including coordination across related operational and financial functions.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, functional specialists, and technical delivery teams to assess process impacts, coordinate implementation activities, and support organizational change.

Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
