Description
Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar. Works with the Entertainment Manager to ensure events run smoothly. Interfaces with other departmental and operations personnel to communicate and/or coordinate with those individuals in order to ensure all F&B needs for entertainment events are communicated with responsible staff.

Essential Job Functions:
Hiring and training staff based on company policies, supervising all areas of the bar to monitor activities and handle problems that arise and managing all areas of staffing, including scheduling employees.
Develops and implements bar policies, procedures and service standards to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Develops and manages operating budget to achieve profitability goals.
Schedules and directs team members in the performance of work assignments.
Work closely with property marketing and corporate entertainment and production teams to evaluate and execute strategies to maximize return on investment and show attendance, while meeting overall company marketing goals.
Work in conjunction with all applicable departments, including but not limited to Facilities, Security, EVS, and Marketing, in preparation of, during, and after a performance.
Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.
Maintains high visibility in the outlets.
Prepares financial and other reports.
Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
Complies with all casino rules and regulation.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three or more year's related experience preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.
