We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal clients.

Responsibility:

• Engage with business stakeholders in gathering and formulating the requirements and coming out with a relevant solution construct for enterprise BI and Dashboard initiatives
• Analyse business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes
• Communicate data architecture to development teams
• Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met - wireframing, prototyping, etc.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards
• Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
• Manage and resolve client issue escalations and systemic improvements
• Work with offshore team to develop/deliver the BI dashboards/reports and bring the new, scalable solutions to business stakeholders
• Lead validation efforts to ensure data quality
• Identify and execute risk mitigation and compliance exercises
