The Role

Autodesks MaintainX sales pipeline runs through this team. Youll build and run it in Denver, representing MaintainX for the first time in an office where Autodesk already has people on the ground.

As Manager, Business Development, youll hire, ramp, and develop a team of BDRs in our Denver office, bringing our proven playbook and XDR practices to a new location. Youll be the first MaintainX BDR presence in Denver, plugging into our established XDR org and operating model. This role reports to the Director of Business Development (remote).

• Build and maintain a high-performing BDR team in Denver: own the hiring bar, the 90-day ramp, and individual performance accountability.

• Drive predictable pipeline through a structured weekly coaching cadence, using the same rhythms and tools the broader XDR org already runs on.

• Apply and adapt our existing outbound playbook locally: ICP targeting, messaging, sequence strategy, and tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).

• Build individual development plans for each rep with a defined path toward AE or team leadership, and hold yourself accountable to those promotions happening.

• Partner with Marketing and Sales to align on ICP evolution, campaign activation, and pipeline handoffs, and hold that alignment to outcomes.

At 12 months, your Denver team is ramped, performing, and developing, fully integrated into how XDR runs company wide. Pipeline is predictable. Reps know exactly where they are going.

You Have

Must-haves

• 1 to 3 years leading a BDR or SDR team at a SaaS or technology company, with documented attainment against team targets.

• A repeatable hiring process for BDRs, you know what an A-player looks like at screen and can evaluate for it consistently.

• Demonstrated ability to coach rep behavior and change output, not just report on it.

• Data fluency: you pull your own reports, read pipeline signals before they become problems, and coach to leading indicators.

• Comfort operating with a remote manager while building your local team in person, day to day.

• Experience holding cross functional alignment with Marketing and Sales ops to pipeline outcomes, not just pipeline intent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or operations buyer personas.

• Familiarity with the CMMS or EAM software category.

We work in-person from our Raleigh or Denver office, 5 days/week. We reward output and promote quickly when people deliver. We hire for what you have built, not what your title was, and we have honest conversations early when the fit is not right.

This is an in-person role. Youre joining an existing Autodesk office and an established XDR org, but youre the first to bring MaintainXs BDR motion there. You bring the experience and the drive to build your local team; we give you the platform, the brand, and a playbook that already works.
