The Manager of Business Development Operations is responsible for directly supporting the Domestic Business Development (BD) and Strategy teams in the pursuit of new investment and job opportunities for the state. This role will assist with business development project management, system development and management, and will directly support the Director of Business Development Operations. This individual will also provide support to the Director of Strategic Operations to implement change management processes. Additionally, will liaise with the Marketing team, statewide regional directors, and project managers in responding to RFI / RFP inquiries and site visit needs. Salary:The salary range for this position is $63,787 $66,000, commensurate with education and work experience. A Day in the Life:Ensure smooth coordination of site selector engagement activities and databases. Facilitate cross-team communication between BD, Strategy, Marketing, and executive leadership.
