The Manager, Corporate Finance is a highly visible role within the Finance organization, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and partnering closely with the CFO. This position offers broad exposure across accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and strategic finance initiatives, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization and grow professionally.
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical finance professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes (including through the use of artificial intelligence and automation), and taking ownership of their work. The successful candidate is willing to get into the details, roll up their sleeves when needed, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing both recurring responsibilities and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Corporate Overhead Financial Management• Own monthly financial reporting for corporate overhead line items ensuring accurate and complete balances by department by cost category.
• Maintain supporting documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and balance sheet tie-outs.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods by department and by cost category.
• Partner with department leaders to understand spending trends and business drivers of variances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, as well as the monthly flash forecasting process
Financial Planning & Analysis Support
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities for the corporate overhead and shared service line items.
• Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Develop insights and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance and decision-making.
Special Projects & Process Improvement
• Lead and support cross-functional projects focused on finance transformation and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Support data automation and reporting enhancement initiatives.
• Assist with shared services optimization efforts.
• Participate in internal control design, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
• Support integration, acquisition, and other strategic finance projects as needed.
