Manager, Creator Affiliates (Remote)
We are seeking a Manager, Creator Affiliates to support creator affiliate growth across our global retail client's portfolio of brands. This individual will serve as a key partner in driving affiliate-attributed revenue through creator recruitment, activation, communication, performance management, and optimization. The role will work closely with internal teams and agency partner Gen3 to execute and scale creator affiliate programs.
This is a 40-hour per week, 4-month contract (possible extension), a 100% remote role.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
Drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue across multiple brands.
Manage creator affiliate programs and activities across ShopMy and LTK.
Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators and maintain direct creator relationships.
Monitor creator affiliate performance and identify opportunities to optimize program results.
Analyze market trends and creator performance and provide strategic recommendations.
Partner closely with agency partner Gen3 to support program execution and accountability.
Support multiple brands.
Requirements:
5+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience, including affiliate marketing exposure.
Experience managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs, not solely brand-awareness influencer campaigns.
Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK.
Experience recruiting, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator commerce ecosystems.
Experience analyzing affiliate performance and making strategic recommendations to improve results.
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Enterprising, solution-oriented mindset with strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Preferred:
Experience managing affiliate budgets and platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate.
Existing creator/influencer relationships within the affiliate space and experience in fashion retail, apparel, or beauty.

Compensation: $43/hr. - $47/hr.
