You are:

You are a product strategy and transformation practitioner who can connect strategy to execution and help clients solve complex problems across products, teams, and operating models.

You bring strong product and consulting foundations and the ability to turn ambiguity into structure, momentum, and outcomes. You are curious, collaborative, and thoughtful in how you work. You ask smart questions, synthesize inputs quickly, and connect the dots across business, product, design, data, and technology teams.

You can connect product strategy to the operating model required to deliver it. You help shape product direction and mobilize the teams, governance, and ways of working needed to execute successfully across blended client and Accenture teams.

You bring an AI-first mindset and look for new ways to solve product, customer, and operating model problems using AI. You understand the value AI can bring to product strategy, delivery, and operational work, and you have used AI in your own day-to-day work to improve quality, speed, analysis, or content development.

The work:

• Lead key workstreams across client engagements focused on digital product strategy, product operating model transformation, and AI-enabled change
• Conduct assessments of product organizations, product development practices, governance, team structures, and delivery models
• Support the development of product strategies that connect customer needs, business priorities, market context, and technical realities
• Help define and mobilize the operating model required to deliver product strategy, including team structures, governance, ways of working, and blended client and Accenture resource models
• Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and automation can improve product development, delivery, decision-making, or customer outcomes
• Structure and synthesize research, stakeholder input, market context, and internal analysis into clear recommendations
• Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders across business, product, design, engineering, and data teams
• Help bridge strategy and execution by translating recommendations into operating rhythms, delivery implications, and actionable next steps
• Manage and develop more junior team members through coaching, day-to-day guidance, review of work quality, and support for career growth
• Create client-ready presentations, strategic materials, and other high-quality deliverables
• Support proposals, recruiting, capability-building efforts, and internal knowledge sharing
