The Role:

The Manager, eCommerce Retailer.com is responsible for driving growth and managing the business of our Retail.com platforms, consisting of Walmart.com, HomeDepot.com, Target.com, and others. The role will serve as the overall business lead in these .com channels, developing the strategic plan, delivering monthly reporting, and partnering with others to ensure the seamless tie-in of activity on the platform. This role will not only need to aggregate the work of others into the overall .com vision, but also be a doer who is in the Retail.com platform(s) on a regular basis to ensure appropriate execution of the catalog management, PDP listings, promotions, etc. within defined accounts. This role will report to the Chief eCommerce & New Ventures Officer and will collaborate with multiple parties within PBB, including the Media Director, Retail Account Sales Leads, E-Commerce team, Brand team, and other cross-functional groups.

What You Will Do:

• Develop the strategic plan and goals for overall management and driving topline sales growth across PBB's Retailer.com platforms, including Walmart.com, HomeDepot.com, Target.com, and Lowe's.com (possibly others as relevant).
• Daily management and oversight of Retailer.com platforms, ensuring ongoing business continuity among our brands/product listings by monitoring buy-box status, pricing compliance, and ad/promo activity, and resolving any issues as they arise
• Monthly reporting in PBB's Operating meetings of business performance and status of key priorities across each of the retailer sites
• Ensure aligned priorities from Retail Account Sales leads align with and funnel to Media Director and associated advertising spend and support
• Provide oversight to Digital Merchandising Specialist, ensuring product listings are accurate, content-optimized for the platform, and supported by robust ratings and reviews
• In collaboration with Digital Merchandising Specialist, ensure new product launches scale quickly by lining up pre-launch content, PDP builds, reviews, and advertising launch plans
• Monitor and analyze PBB and competitive activity and market trends across the sites to adapt plans and react as needed to sustain winning performance
• Leverage business POS performance to provide forecasting support/insights to S&OP process
• Pitch in to help in key areas of need that arise within the E-Commerce Team

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5+ years recent experience managing 1P brands/products and the associated business results within the Walmart.com (mandatory) and HomeDepot.com (preferable) platforms; experience within Target.com and Lowes.com a plus
• Deep proficiency within the Walmart.com 1P platform, preferable to also have fluency within Home Depot, Target, and/or Lowe's
• Experience creating and executing strategic plans/activities and managing the execution through a cross-functional team of partners
• Experience with digital advertising and digital merchandising within the Retail.com marketplace, ideally in a consumer product environment
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A high-energy attitude, perseverance in daily work, and resourcefulness

Compensation Range:

$100,000-$140,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
