Lead Enterprise Strategy initiatives that develop, promote and manage the enterprise strategic planning framework and processes. Drive strategy development throughout Navy Federal and monitor progress toward enterprise objectives and goals. Work with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and other business units across Navy Federal to prioritize and coordinate execution of strategic initiatives. Establish and report on key success measures aligned with the Enterprise Strategy. Elevate strategic management as a discipline at Navy Federal via a leading-through-influence model. Coordinate competitive intelligence activities throughout the enterprise by developing a collaborative network of subject matter experts. Support partners in the Member Strategy Office to implement segment strategies.

Contribute to a culture of collaboration by actively working across business lines, communicating knowledge, and business processes to other business units
Provide forward-thinking expertise in current and emerging trends, technologies, and practices
Oversee benchmarking and trend analysis to drive continuous process improvement, increase member experience quality, and maintain high operational efficiency
