Pay Range: $47.84 - $71.78/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Emergency Department team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
• Oversee staff performance, providing mentorship and training as needed.
• Implement best practices to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 2+ years of recent Acute Care ED Charge RN experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC.
• Additional leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
