About the role:

The primary role of FacilityProject Management function is to manage the assigned equipmentinstallation and facilities projects, specifically involving subcontractedelectrical, mechanical, and building trades. Key deliverables include providinginput to senior management on project priority, timing, scope, resourcing,technical feasibility, and costing. Develop and implement strategy in-line withoverall company objectives. Maintain departments focus on internal and externalcustomer needs.

Responsibilities include:

The primary objective of FacilityEngineering Project Management (MS) specialization within Project Management(MS) Job Family is to manage the development and implementation process ofmanufacturing equipment installation projects and associated buildinginfrastructure work.

• Coordinates departmental or cross-functionalteams, focused on delivering installed and operational manufacturing equipment,while managing stakeholder buy-in.
• Monitors the project from initiation throughdelivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoringbudget/spending.
• Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuringcompletion of the project—i.e., equipment installed to specifications, buildingservices ready, and all work delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, andwithin budget constraints.
• Frequently interacts with supervisors,subcontractors, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involvingmatters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, orcustomers and the company.
• Often must lead to a cooperative effort amongmembers of a project team, including electrical, mechanical, facilities,safety, and external contractor teams.
• ​Coaches team members on performance, providesinputs for performance evaluations and might be involved in pay actions.

Requirements

Education/Yearsof Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Construction ProjectManagement or Facility Management
• Experienced in concepts surroundingManufacturing Facilities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a teamenvironment, preferred.
• Strong communication skills with both technicaland non-technical audiences, preferred.
• Self-motivation to deliver results and seekcontinuous improvement, preferred.

• Pay Rate: up to $62/hour
