Job Summary:
The Manager, Facility Operations is responsible for leading the daily maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of T-Mobile Center to ensure the facility is safe, functional, and event-ready at all times. This position oversees building systems, preventive maintenance programs, facility improvements, and the day-to-day activities of the Facility Operations team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and presentation.
Working closely with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and Operations leadership, the Manager, Facility Operations develops maintenance strategies, prioritizes facility projects, supervises staff, and ensures building systems operate efficiently to support world-class concerts, sporting events, family shows, and special events.
