About the Position
The Golden State Warriors are looking for an upbeat and committed Manager to sell and service group clients while developing our Group Sales team. In this role, you will be expected to sell and close at a high-level while contributing to the team's overall success. This position reports directly to the Director, Group Sales.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and implementing sales training and development for the Group Sales team
- Help developing and executing sales plans for Warriors and non-GSW programming
- Support Director in ensuring Group Sales reps are meeting and exceeding weekly goals
- Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales goals
- Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire new leads
- Provide memorable service to all clients, current and new
- Attend majority of home games to service clients in attendance and help oversee staff game day responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Sports Management, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the sports & entertainment industry
- A track record of successful sales and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite
- Hardworking and passionate self-starter with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate, influence and build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels
Time Commitment
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Physical Demands
- Able to push/pull/carry and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Able to climb stairs and sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods of time
Compensation
- $70,304 Per Year + Bonus
