Job Description Summary
The Manager, Human Resources supports companywide or specific state/region Human Resources initiatives in order to achieve business strategy and long- and short-term objectives. This role provides support and partners with assigned business leaders.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes for Sales and Operations client groups in collaboration with the Management and HR teams.
Supports the internal talent acquisition process.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
Salary Range: $96,600 - $125,000
This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan
