What's the role?
As an Inventory Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, control, and optimization of inventory across the organization, including handsets, SIM cards, accessories, and network equipment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, availability, compliance, and financial integrity through strong controls, robust systems ownership, and executive-level reporting. The position plays a critical role in minimizing inventory risk, preventing losses, and enabling informed decision-making through data-driven insights.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and provide mentorship to a group of employees in the B2C Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:What do you need?
Education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or operations roles, preferably within telecommunications, technology, or retail distribution environments.
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS platforms managing serialized or high-value assets.
