We are seeking a Manager, LBS Technology Finance Function Support with strong hands-on Oracle Finance experience to support critical financial applications and business processes. This role requires a working manager who can provide leadership while remaining directly involved in application support, complex production issues, and escalations.
The ideal candidate combines functional Oracle Finance expertise with a strong understanding of core finance processes and the ability to work effectively across technology and business teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Direct Oracle Finance experience
Hands-on functional/application support experience within an Oracle Finance environment
Experience must extend beyond solely infrastructure or end-user support
Working knowledge of financial processes and Oracle financial modules
Strong experience with General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Exposure to additional modules such as:
Fixed Assets
Projects
Cost Accounting
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management
Ability and willingness to operate as a hands-on working manager
Comfortable becoming directly involved in complex production issues, troubleshooting, and escalations when necessary
