Position Summary:

The Manager, Media & Shopper Analytics is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the effectiveness of media, shopper marketing, retail media, social, and influencer investments across the portfolio.

This role partners closely with Media and Shopper Marketing, Communications, Sales, Consumer Insights, and agency partners to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing performance and business results. The individual will lead performance measurement, identify opportunities to optimize investments, and help build a more connected view of consumer engagement and commerce outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Measurement strategy & Performance analytics

• Develop and lead measurement frameworks across media, retail media, shopper marketing, social, influencer, and commerce programs.
• Establish KPIs, and scorecards, and reporting standards that connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Create integrated views of marketing performance across paid, owned, earned, and retailer environments.

 

Campaign Optimization & Insights

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, engagement, conversion, and business impact.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to optimize investments, audiences, creative, content, and channel strategies.
• Analyze consumer, media, shopper, and retailer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Partner with agency teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimize investments.

 

Social & Influencer Measurement

• Work closely with the Communications team to measure the effectiveness of organic and paid social content, influencer partnerships, creator content, and emerging social platforms.
• Provide near real-time analysis and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, conversion, and overall content performance.

 

Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership

• Serve as strategic analytics partner to Media and Shopper, Communications, Brand Marketing, Commercial, and agency teams.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Champion best practices in analytics, measurement, and marketing effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, shopper analytics, consumer insights, or related fields.
• Experience measuring media, digital, social, influencer, and retail media performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in CPG, retail, agency, or consulting environments preferred.

 

Preferred Experience

• Retail media measurement (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger, etc.).
• Social listening and social analytics platforms.
• Marketing mix modeling, attribution, or incrementality measurement.
• Syndicated data sources and consumer/shopper analytics.
• SQL, advanced Excel, or other analytical tools.

Total Rewards Package: The salary range for this position is USD $109,000.00/Yr. - USD $135,000.00/Yr.

Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
