What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service from opening to close
• Lead, mentor, and supervise our front-of-house and back-of-house teams with professionalism and care
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service
• Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable dining experiences
• Monitor inventory, costs, and performance metrics to support business success
• Handle customer concerns with grace and find solutions that keep guests coming back
• Collaborate with ownership to implement improvements and drive business growth

What We're Looking For: You bring proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
