Responsibilities/Job Description:

Job Summary 

The Manager Neurodiagnostic Programs provides operational and clinical leadership for Neurodiagnostic Programs across assigned locations. This position is responsible for overseeing department operations, staff performance, financial goals, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and patient engagement initiatives. Working collaboratively with physicians, clinic leadership, and service line partners, the Manager supports the delivery of high quality neurodiagnostic services. The role also provides oversight for technical operations, workflow optimization, equipment management, and adherence to best practice benchmarks. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Neurodiagnostic programs including EEG and long-term monitoring operations, supporting clinical quality and technical best practices.
  • Oversee daily operations of Neurodiagnostic programs to ensure efficient workflows, appropriate staffing, regulatory compliance, and high quality patient care delivery.
  • Uses operational data, benchmarking, and patient feedback to identify improvement opportunities and monitor departmental performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, leadership, educators, and technical staff to support standardized workflows, documentation practices, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement initiatives across Neurodiagnostic programs.
  • Monitors departmental performance, identifies operational improvement opportunities, and implements strategies that support organizational goals and service line growth.
  • Assists with development and management of departmental budgets while maintaining accountability for labor, productivity, supplies, and operational expenses.
  • Participate in planning and implementation related to equipment acquisition, replacement, and technology enhancements.
  • Develop relationships and participate in organizational committees and initiatives while communicating departmental priorities, expectations, and address operational barriers.
  • Leads recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance management activities to support a high performing and engaged workforce.
  • Partners with Human Resources and organizational leadership to support employee relations, workforce planning, staff development, and competency management.


Required Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3 years experience in routine and Long-Term monitoring
  • 1 year experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of professionals.
  • Registered by American Society of Electro-neurodiagnostic Technologists (ABRET)
  • Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Preferred Qualifications

  • M.A./M.S.
  • EEG leadership experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, experience with digital EEG, and medical terminology skills

 

Qualifications: $109,449.60- $154,523.20 Annual
