    • Support benefit plan governance processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve operational issues, monitor service levels, and improve participant experience.
    • Oversee eligibility, enrollment, life event, and vendor file processes to ensure accurate and timely administration.

    Retirement & Savings Programs

    • Support administration and governance of the firm's 401(k) and retirement programs.
    • Coordinate plan operations, testing, audits, regulatory filings, and participant communications with vendors and internal partners.
    • Monitor retirement plan performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve employee participation and engagement.

    Open Enrollment & Employee Experience

    • Lead key aspects of annual open enrollment planning and execution.
    • Coordinate enrollment materials, system configuration, testing, employee communications, and vendor readiness activities.
    • Develop clear and effective employee communications that improve understanding and utilization of benefits programs.
    • Respond to complex employee inquiries and serve as an escalation point for benefit-related issues.

    Analytics & Financial Management

    • Analyze benefit utilization, enrollment, vendor performance, and cost trends to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide insights into program participation, costs, and employee engagement.
    • Support monthly and annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses related to benefits programs.
    • Assist in evaluating vendor proposals, renewal strategies, and program design changes.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Support compliance activities related to ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, Section 125, 401(k), and other applicable regulations.
    • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and external advisors on audits, filings, and regulatory changes.
    • Maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and controls that support effective program governance.

    Program Enhancement

    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, participant experience, and program effectiveness.
    • Support implementation of new benefit initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
    • Participate in benchmarking activities and market reviews to ensure programs remain competitive.

    Requirements of the Role:

    • 5-7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, consulting, or human resources, with a primary focus on North American benefits.
    • Demonstrated experience administering U.S. health and welfare plans and 401(k) retirement programs.

    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with benefits administration systems, reporting tools, and HRIS platforms.
    • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
