Manager of Accounting – High Growth Tech Services FirmWe're working with a high growth Services Firm. They are seeking a Manager of Accounting to help lead a team of 4 people. Reporting to head of team, this professional will be working with Executives, COO, and Sales team.ResponsibilitiesOversee balance sheet, cash flow, P&L for month/quarter/year‑end accounting close and financial reportsResponsible for revenue, margins and cost tracking metrics discussed with stakeholders across the businessOwner of cash management function including forecast, monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variancesReview customer invoicing processes and contractual agreements to reconcile revenuePerform key elements of the financial cycle and supporting subsidiary processesManage detailed variance and fluctuation analysesAssist FP&A with accounting interpretations for budgeted transactionsAssist in the annual auditSkills / QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA preferred6+ years accounting experience out of public accounting or private accounting team is a plusStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition is neededIn‑depth experience working with general ledger and financial analysis, including journal entries and detailed account analysesSeniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesAccounting, Legal Services, and Professional Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
