About the Role Clark Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled manager to lead a team of conflicts analysts in the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh office. This position is responsible for overseeing the conflicts clearance process, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of high-volume conflict checks, and the implementation of effective systems and workflows. This Manager will focus on team development, accountability, and process improvement, while collaborating across departments to support firm-wide risk management initiatives. Pay Range and Compensation Package The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $110,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
