    Job Description

    This leader drives transformation across our financial centers, elevating how we serve, engage, and grow with customers every day. By aligning strategy, coaching, and execution, this role ensures a consistent, high‑impact experience that fuels performance and deepens relationships across the region.
     
    Essential Functions
    •    Strategy & Transformation
    *Lead priority financial center transformation initiatives in partnership with Financial Center (FC) Experience & Enablement team, FC leadership and key partners
    *Own and evolve consumer and business delivery models, focusing on customer conversation strategies 
    *Partner with market and executive leaders to align financial center experience with enterprise priorities

    •    Enablement & Experience Design
    *Develop and implement tools, resources, and technology that enable empower our teammates and fuel exceptional customer experiences
    *Standardize and scale best practices across all financial centers
    *Ensure consistent execution of financial center operating models, in partnership with FC leadership
    •    Coaching & Capability Building
    *Ensure delivery of monthly skill‑building clinics with Regional Presidents and District Managers
    *Manage EMPOWER coaches and Small Business Sales Consultants to operate as high‑impact extensions of regional leadership
    *Assess coaching effectiveness and refine approach to drive stronger outcomes
    •    Performance Management & Accountability
    *Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and build targeted action plans with leaders
    *Establish routines to inspect execution and reinforce accountability across leadership levels
    *Conduct branch visits, attend clinics, and participate in leadership routines to ensure incremental impact
    •    Risk & Execution Management
    *Identify, escalate, and resolve risks or barriers to execution quickly and effectively
     
    Additional Essential Functions
    •    Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
    •    Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
    •    Work as part of a team
    •    Work with on-site equipment

    Education
    High School Diploma                 
    Bachelor's Degree    Business, Finance, or related field             
     
    Work Experience
    5 - 6 years    Retail banking, financial center leadership, or sales strategy          
    3 - 5 years    Leading teams, coaching, or driving performance in a multi‑site environment             
     
    Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    •    Demonstrated experience managing sales performance, KPIs, and customer experience initiatives    
    •    Strong coaching and talent development skills with a track record of improving performance  
    •    Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple locations    
    •    Experience leading or supporting large‑scale transformation or change initiatives    
    •    Data‑driven decision making with ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust approach  
    •    Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior and field leaders    
    •    Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead through others and drive accountability
