Job Description

Bring strategy to life where it matters most. As the Financial Center Go-To-Market & Communications Manager, you will drive how Northwest Bank shows up in our branches translating big ideas into clear, simple, and actionable experiences for our teams and customers. This role is central to delivering consistent, high-impact execution across the network while keeping the field informed, engaged, and ready to win.

Essential Functions

  • Go-To-Market Execution
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable, branch-level execution plans
  • Own the "surround sound" approach for all Financial Center launches and campaigns
  • Develop rollout tools including quick guides and sales scripts
  • Ensure strong adoption of new delivery models, tools, and customer engagement routines
  • Field Alignment and Communication
  • Own Financial Center communications and serve as a liaison between field teams and corporate partners including Marketing, Internal Communications, and Operations
  • Create clear, consistent, and on-brand branch communications that drive activation and engagement
  • Establish and manage a weekly branch newsletter and communication forum
  • Maintain a master Financial Center calendar to align priorities and timing
  • Field Insights and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor field awareness, activation, and feedback to improve execution
  • Champion communication simplification by reducing noise, overlap, and complexity across initiatives
  • Create feedback loops to continuously refine the field experience
  • Capacity and Operational Readiness
  • Build and manage a capacity planning model for Financial Centers
  • Ensure appropriate legal, risk, and compliance review of materials and initiatives
  • Drive operational readiness for all launches
  • Enablement and Integration
  • Partner with Northwest Academy to integrate new initiatives into onboarding and training
  • Ensure consistent reinforcement of tools, messaging, and behaviors

Additional Essential Functions

  • Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
  • Work as part of a team
  • Work with on-site equipment

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Communications, or related

Work Experience

5 - 6 years Retail banking, communications, go-to-market strategy, or field enablement

2 - 3 years Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and/or communication teams

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into frontline execution and measurable results
  • Strong ability to simplify complex initiatives into clear, actionable guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience building field communications, playbooks, or rollout materials
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience using feedback and performance data to improve outcomes
  • Change management and adoption experience, especially in branch or frontline environments
