How Your Days FlowYour day typically starts at the Brooks Office on Ardmore Avenue, prioritizing active needs across survey and design, then aligning crews and office staff on deliverables and decision points. You'll split time between reviewing plans, field notes, and standards, and getting onsite when conditions warrant-confirming assumptions, clearing roadblocks, and keeping communication crisp. Expect frequent touchpoints with internal leaders and customers to maintain trust, respond quickly, and keep work moving.
