We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong background in hardware testing to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high quality results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross functional teams and stakeholders while ensuring that hardware testing processes are integrated into project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hardware testing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and other teams to ensure comprehensive hardware testing is conducted.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in hardware testing.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management methodologies and hardware testing processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience in hardware testing methodologies and processes.
- Proven project management experience with a focus on delivery and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with hardware development life cycle (HDLC).
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI ACP, or equivalent.
- Experience in a technology or engineering focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on hardware testing.
- Demonstrated success in managing large scale projects with cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

The pay range for this role is $145,000- $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
