Your Role:
The Manager, PAR Commercial Operations & Governance is a senior leadership role within the PAR Business team, with dual ownership over China customer relationship management and the PAR team's local compliance and governance function. This person will take strategic ownership of a defined portfolio of China-based customers and dealer partners - building high-trust relationships, overseeing commercial operations, and ensuring consistent execution across the account lifecycle. In parallel, this role leads the PAR team's governance mandate, designing and maintaining the compliance infrastructure necessary to meet local regulatory requirements.
This is a senior, externally-facing role that requires a mature balance of commercial acumen, operational rigor, and compliance expertise. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex customer relationships in China-facing business environments, as well as a working familiarity with local compliance obligations in a B2B commercial context. Work location is El Segundo, CA; regular coordination with China-based contacts is expected, and some travel may be required.
