Position Summary
Target Start Date: June-July 2027 (Subject to change)
Location: Woonsocket, RI; New York, NY; Hartford, CT; Richardson/Irving, TX; Northbrook, IL
Starting Salary: $115,000
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Locations: This division within CVS Pharmacy has positions available at multiple office locations across the country and offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days in the office (hybrid arrangement). These locations offer you the opportunity to work in offices that have fellow division professionals. Should you accept a position in Retail Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel division within CVS Pharmacy, we will take your preferred office location into consideration and will attempt to accommodate it. Your final work location will be discussed during the offer process.

You will Work to support the Retail Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel division within CVS Pharmacy. You will develop company-wide strategic service offerings and new business opportunities. Lead delivery of entire workstreams to support initiatives that have a profound impact on the future direction of the company. Engage in leading the development and implementation of new product/service offerings already committed for deployment, as well as solution definition, testing, and implementation of new products and services needed to support the future growth of the company. Lead the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of new strategic products and services that incorporate all of the company’s assets and delivery methods. Establish well-supported solutions with specific recommendations that will enable the executive management team to make critical decisions. Scope, plan, and perform quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Understand and procure the required information to complete the analyses. Manage the delivery of timely, zero-defect analyses, and serve as a "Player/Coach" in this role. Support senior business leaders across the enterprise to define requirements needed and align with retail product development teams to ensure portfolio of capabilities are optimally developed in support of enterprise initiatives. Support Retail Pharmacy leadership team to develop strategic perspective on existing and new retail pharmacy opportunities including sizing and assessing markets, identifying risks/benefits of opportunities and recommending clinical growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Meet educational requirements (see education section)
• Have a willingness to relocate if needed
• 2 years of experience in a role that provided exposure to product development, product management, strategic analysis, operations, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be a current/former CVS Health Intern
• Ability and flexibility to travel up to 10%
• Ability to plan, monitor and deliver project results
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience working in healthcare space.
• Proven capability conducting and managing quantitative portfolio and growth analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of partners, both verbally and written, and with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting timelines and goals
Education
• Anticipated completion of MBA, MPH, or MHA by start date (January or June 2027) or equivalent experience
• Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
