Obstetrics & Gynecology
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a Manager who is interested in operating at both the operational and strategic levels, translating priorities into clear plans while maintaining a strong focus on people, process, quality, and patient experience. This position will provide leadership and operational support across Gynecology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS), Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Responsibilities include supporting complex clinical and surgical practices, advancing outpatient operations, and coordinating innovation initiatives involving external partnerships and emerging business development opportunities.
Orthopedic Surgery
The Department of Orthopedic Surgery is seeking a Manager to join its administrative leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced surgical environment. With nine surgical divisions across the department, this position will provide direct administrative support to several divisions while partnering closely with clinical and operational leadership in both the operative and outpatient settings. The Manager will play a key role in optimizing clinical operations, enhancing workflow efficiency, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through effective collaboration, strategic problem-solving, and operational oversight.

The Manager for MASO (Medical and Administrative Support Operations) and POTR (Practice Operations Training & Recruitment) provides strategic and operational oversight for MAA and AA teams across the Rochester campus. The Manager drives continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and workflow optimization, while overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development. The Manager partners with Practice Operations leadership to implement strategic initiatives, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality, efficient administrative support aligned with organizational priorities.
Parking and Transportation
The Manager for Parking and Transportation plays a critical leadership role in supporting safe, efficient, and welcoming arrivals and departures for patients, visitors, and staff across the Mayo Clinic campus. This position is responsible for overseeing parking and transportation operations and working in close partnership with concierge, valet services, the City of Rochester, Rochester Public Transit, and other key operational teams. Together, these partnerships ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience that reflects Mayo Clinic's commitment to exceptional service. As Mayo Clinic continues to transform the arrival and departure experience, this role will be instrumental in operationalizing new approaches that incorporate AI and automation. The Manager will lead efforts to improve and integrate processes that create a coordinated, patient-centered experience-from the moment of arrival through departure-while maintaining safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
Primary Care
The Manager in Primary Care plays a crucial role in shaping the health and well-being of the entire community. By overseeing daily clinic operations, the manager ensures seamless support for employees, dependents, and the community for primary care patients. This role will support the Northwest Community Clinic, the Primary Care Procedure Practice, the Primary Care Integrated Community Specialists and other assignments within Primary Care. The manager role partners with Primary Care leadership teams to support transformation, innovation and automation efforts. This position requires strong collaboration across various departments and divisions and multi-disciplinary teams along with strong communication skills to support the daily operations in addition to Bold. Forward. in Rochester.
Transplant Center
The Manager position in the Transplant Center provides administrative partnership to center leadership, consulting staff and allied health teams. The Manager provides primary partnership to Heart, Lung, Bone Marrow, and Vascularized Composite Transplant Programs and the medical, surgical, adult/pediatric MD medical directors for each. Role scope is inpatient, outpatient, surgical, medical, and enterprise focused, and requires close partnership and collaboration with CV Surgery, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Hematology, and Reconstructive Surgery leadership teams and practices. This position assures excellence in clinical operations and leads initiatives for process improvement and regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, business development, practice optimization, and strategic innovation - all in alignment with the Bold. Forward. vision. The Manager also oversees outreach, contracting partnerships, and the implementation of programs driven by national transplantation initiatives. The Transplant Center performs over 1000 solid organ and bone marrow transplants per year and operates through a fully multidisciplinary approach. Daily cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration drive the success of this role. The Manager serves on the Transplant Specialty Council Practice Committee, actively participates in enterprise convergence initiatives, and leads at least on enterprise workgroup.
Dermatology
The Manager in the Department of Dermatology has primary responsibility for surgical and laboratory operations within a complex practice that spans Clinical, Surgical, and Laboratory divisions. This position provides administrative partnership to physician and administrative leadership in the Surgical and Laboratory divisions and has direct supervisory responsibility for the Dermatology Laboratory Supervisor, along with leadership responsibility for surgical and laboratory operations, including process redesign, automation, innovation, and practice transformation initiatives. Administrative responsibilities include workforce development, resource planning, financial stewardship, project and change management, quality improvement, and oversight of complex operational and strategic initiatives that advance access, efficiency, and patient care. Daily cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration drive the success of this role, supporting multidisciplinary coordination and execution of departmental priorities. The position contributes through operational excellence, innovation, practice optimization, and strategic initiatives that support transformation and the evolving needs of the department and institution.
