About the Role
We"re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy for some of the most critical product areas at Twitch: Trust & Safety and Community products. This role sits at the intersection of product development, community health, and growth-helping ensure that our platform remains a place where creators can thrive and communities can flourish safely.
You"ll be the marketing voice for products that protect our users, empower our creators, and strengthen the bonds within our communities. This means navigating nuanced, sometimes sensitive product spaces with empathy, strategic clarity, and a deep understanding of our diverse audience. You"ll transform complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with creators, viewers, and the broader Twitch ecosystem and encourage them to adopt features that will help them grow and keep them safe.
This role deals with some sensitive matters. You"ll need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and championing products that may not always be flashy but are foundational to everything we do.
You can work in San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY

- Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop holistic campaigns that drive awareness, education, and adoption of safety and community tools
Navigate sensitive topics with care and strategic precision, developing communication strategies for products that address harassment, content moderation, creator safety, and community health
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with Policy, Legal, Creator Programs, and Customer Support to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated launches

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter
