About True North Insights

True North Insights is a global expert network that connects organizations with subject matter experts who provide critical insights to inform strategic decision-making.

We believe the right knowledge can move the world forward. Since day one, that belief has driven everything we do. We exist to break through complexity, giving global investors and business leaders frictionless access to the insights that matter most — insights that fuel confident decisions, unlock opportunity, and power successful careers.

Founded in 2019 in New York City, our firm has skyrocketed from launch to becoming #7 in North America and #10 globally in just five years — and we're just getting started. As we expand into Europe and beyond, there's never been a better time to join our high-growth, global team.

Why Join Us?

At True North Insights, you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing expert networks, partnering with leading healthcare and life sciences companies, institutional investors, and management consulting firms on their most important research initiatives.

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you'll lead talented teams, solve complex client challenges, and help shape how we deliver exceptional service as we continue to scale globally. You'll develop people, improve processes, and work alongside senior leadership while maintaining a front-row seat to fast-moving industries, evolving markets, and high-impact business decisions.

No two days are the same. One day you may be partnering with your team to deliver a time-sensitive investment diligence project, and the next coaching team members, refining operational strategy, or collaborating across global offices to drive better outcomes for clients and employees alike.

At True North Insights, growth comes from initiative, ownership, and results. You'll be trusted to make decisions, challenged to raise the bar, and given the opportunity to build something meaningful at a company where your impact is visible and your career progression is driven by performance, not tenure.
