    We’re seeking a Manager, Strategic Accounts who is responsible for driving growth and retention across a portfolio of new, emerging, and existing mid-sized multinational clients, with a focus on the key strategic sub-verticals of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device segments. This role demands a strong blend of strategic planningcross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence to support expansion within these key growth segments.  Success in this position hinges on the development and execution of targeted go-to-market strategies that align with industry trends and leverage key associations and effective pipeline management all designed to deliver integrated, cross-business solutions

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Own full accountability for revenue and growth targets across strategic account portfolio. Drive global pricing strategies, renewal playbooks, and risk mitigation planning.
    • Build and maintain strong, multi-tiered relationships with client stakeholders, including mid- and senior-level decision-makers and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters
    • Deliver professional, insight-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), aligning client expectations with performance outcomes and strategic goals.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans focused on retention, revenue growth, client expansion (short- and long-term), margin improvement, and cross-business unit (XBU) penetration.
    • Lead complex deal structuring involving multiple business units, geographies and/or service lines.
    • Oversee the timely and accurate execution of client contracts, including navigating approval processes and presenting contract metrics through the DOA process.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics to proactively position services and solutions.
    • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives through coordination of internal stakeholders to deliver on client goals.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure data integrity and enable clear forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

    Experience and Skills Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 8+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, strategic account management, or commercial operations.
    • Experience managing multi-site accounts with moderate complexity in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries strongly preferred.

    Pay & Benefits

    Pay: $92,000–$149,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
