$105,420.14 - $193,068.85(Based on Experience)
Summary
Develop and implement strategies that support the organizational development and talent teams, including employee and labor relations, labor contracts, and policy interpretation. Resolve workplace issues in compliance with applicable policies, employment laws and regulations. Review and recommend corrective actions that align with legal requirements and organizational policies. Oversee and ensure compliance with employee compensation practices.Job Responsibilities
