Salary range is $93k to $185k, with a midpoint of $139k. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director-Learning and Development, the Training Manager will oversee and lead a small team of centralized trainers in collaboration with the technical trainers at the agency to evaluate, develop and deliver learning solutions to all employees using a variety of learning methods and channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or closely related field. Five years of progressive experience developing, managing, facilitating and evaluating training and Learning & Development programs; Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management.
