Manager

Manager: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of restaurant: train personnel according to established policies and procedures. Monitor employee performance to ensure customer satisfaction, and full compliance with safety, health, and sanitation laws/regulations. Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints. Requisition and purchase store supplies. Monitor inventory of supplies, and initiate measures to control and prevent losses. Analyze financial reports; make recommendations to improve revenues and ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations. Supervises staff.
