What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the veterinary team
Deliver high-quality care and drive medical excellence
Partner on strategy, operations, and growth
Perform diagnostics, surgeries, and exams as a hands-on DVM
What You'll Bring:
DVM or VMD degree and active FL license (or eligibility)
3+ years of clinical experience (leadership a plus!)
Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building skills
Passion for progressive medicine and practice development
