About the role
We're looking for a dependable, detail-focused Warehouse Scanner/Labeler to support warehouse and LTL operations in Houston. You'll scan, label, organize, and prep products for shipment, keeping inventory accurate from the receiving dock to outbound freight.
Mandarin and English are both required. So is prior warehouse and LTL experience.
What you'll do
- Scan incoming and outgoing inventory with handheld/RF scanners
- Print and apply accurate labels to products and boxes
- Verify product information, quantities, and shipping details
- Receive, sort, stage, and prepare LTL freight
- Review and handle shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOLs)
- Sort, organize, and prepare products for storage or shipment
- Help with receiving, stocking, picking, and order fulfillment
- Keep inventory records accurate and report discrepancies
- Flag damaged, missing, or incorrect products
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
What you bring
MUST HAVE - Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous LTL (less-than-truckload) experience
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse
| | NICE TO HAVE - 1+ year of scanning/labeling experience
- Experience with RF/handheld scanners
- Familiarity with BOLs and shipping paperwork
- High school diploma or GED

Physical requirements
- Safely lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and move around the warehouse for extended periods
Schedule
- Full-time, Sunday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Saturday plus one additional weekday off
- Weekend and overtime availability may be needed based on business volume
