Mandarin Translator

Accurately translate technical documents, including blueprints, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and other materials from Mandarin to English and vice versa.

Assist bilingual teams during meetings, negotiations, and factory visits by providing on-site interpretation and document translation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication between Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders.

Ensure the precise translation of complex technical terms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all materials.

Liaise between Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams to bridge any language gaps.

Maintain confidentiality in all translation work and ensure adherence to privacy agreements.

Collaborate with team members on translating industry-specific terminology, adapting it to the correct context.

Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.

A degree in Translation, Linguistics, Engineering, or Business is preferred.

Certification from organizations like ATA (American Translators Association) or NAATI is highly desirable

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or technical translation.

Ability to accurately translate technical documents, including blueprints, SOPs, and manuals.

Understanding of Korean business culture and etiquette.

Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ.

Experience with ERP systems, CAD software, or production management tools is a plus.

Ability to adhere to confidentiality agreements and handle sensitive information professionally
