Required Skills:
"8-12 years of overall experience in Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
"Strong expertise in Manhattan Active configuration, configuration fixes, and solution implementation.
"Ability to understand existing MA Active solution designs, business processes, and configuration setups with minimal onboarding.
"Experience working with business, WMS, integration, and cross-functional teams to deliver configuration solutions.
"Good understanding of Postman, REST APIs, and JSON for testing and validation.
"Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
"Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
"Willingness to work onsite in Atlanta and travel as needed to support project milestones and go-live activities.
"Having certifications on Manhattan Active and Google Cloud and Generative AI will be added advantage.

Job Description:
The Manhattan Active Configuration Expert is responsible for configuring, supporting, and enhancing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in MA Active configuration, the ability to quickly understand existing solution designs, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver configuration fixes, enhancements, and new requirements. The individual will need to perform unit testing post config changes, deployment activities, and contribute to overall project success.

Overview of Main Responsibilities:
"Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Manhattan Active WMS solutions.
"Understand existing business processes, solution design, and configuration setup.
"Collaborate with business, WMS, integration, and project teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
"Support requirement analysis, testing, deployment, and validation activities.
"Provide configuration recommendations aligned with business needs and solution design.
"Maintain documentation for configuration changes and project deliverables.
"Work with ProActive development teams on technical enhancements when required.
"Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support critical project milestones, including go-live activities.
