MUST:
Experienced Manual QA Analyst
3 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Experience testing web-based applications, websites or custom software applications.
Demonstrated ability to create, maintain and execute test cases based on requirements and business workflows.
Experience documenting defects with clear, reproducible steps and supporting information.
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with defect tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
Ability to manage testing across responsibilities across multiple systems and concurrent projects.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.

DUTIES:
Test websites, custom applications, integrations and internal systems to validate functionality, reliability and data integrity.
Create, maintain and execute test cases based on requirements, acceptance criteria and business workflows.
Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects and test results to support appropriate testing coverage.
Develop and contribute to test plans, testing approaches, and coverage strategies for application and system changes.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, performance and data-validation testing as appropriate.
Write and execute SQL queries to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and verify data integration across systems.
Document test execution results, including pass/fail status, observations and supporting evidence.
Identify and document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, supporting evidence and business or functional impact.
Log and track defects through resolution and re-test fixes before release.
Participate in peer reviews of test cases to improve coverage, consistency and adherence to QA standards.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, acceptance criteria and expected system behavior.
Communicate testing progress, outstanding defects, coverage gaps and identified quality risks to support release decisions.
Manage testing activities across multiple applications, projects and release cycles.
Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, test evidence and analysis. Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
