Job Description

We are seeking a Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance program design, inspection and testing oversight, and regulatory compliance and a proven ability to establish and enforce standards that ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Interpret and apply quality standards and ensure adequacy of controls.
• Develop sampling procedures and guidelines for quality data collection and reporting.
• Oversee implementation and efficiency of inspection and quality systems.
• Plan, perform, and supervise product inspections and tests to meet quality deliverables.
• Document quality assurance activities, including internal audits.
• Analyze customer grievances and non-compliance issues and drive resolution.
• Gather, organize, and analyze statistical quality data to identify improvement areas.
• Recommend and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
• Report on quality metrics, audit outcomes, and improvement results.
• Identify coaching needs and deliver training to ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with external providers conducting on-site audits and manage follow-ups.
• Analyze audit findings and implement corrective procedures.
• Oversee risk management procedures related to product and process quality.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in quality management systems, inspection methods, and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience leading audits, CAPA, and risk management practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
