About the Role

PROLIM is currently seeking a Manufacturing Analyst 1 for one of our top clients, Northrop Grumman Corporation, in Palmdale, California.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the F-35 Assembly Tooling Organization within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative manufacturing environment supporting production planning, earned value management (EVM), tooling operations, inventory management, process improvement, and cross-functional manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations in a team-based production environment.
• Track daily manufacturing costs and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly program status reports.
• Maintain manufacturing visibility charts and production metrics.
• Close and document tooling orders for PMC Assembly Tooling.
• Validate incoming materials against Bills of Material (BOM).
• Develop and maintain internal tooling packages.
• Coordinate schedules with Production, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering teams.
• Order, monitor, and record chemical usage in the Chemical Tracking System.
• Perform tool control, inventory management, audits, property, and asset accountability.
• Support certification compliance, onboarding activities, staff meetings, team engagement initiatives, travel coordination, and safety-related administrative tasks.
• Drive continuous process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, OR
• 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to work any shift as required.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Experience supporting production or tooling organizations.
