Job Overview

As a key team member, you will support production, business, and other processes in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Your role will involve various cross-functional activities, including production planning, quality management, systems engineering, and process reengineering. You will interact with both internal and external customers to enhance product planning, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Track daily costs and administer earned value management (EVM) activities.
• Maintain visibility charts and provide weekly and monthly status reports.
• Oversee tool orders for PMC assembly tooling and validate incoming materials.
• Develop internal tooling packages and negotiate schedules with support organizations.
• Manage tool control, inventory, audits, property, and asset management.
• Perform technical administrative tasks, including certification compliance and team engagement support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, Master's Degree with 1 year, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Willingness to work any shift.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a skilled communicator.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
