Title: Manufacturing Assembler
Shift : 2:00 PM 10:30 PM, Monday Friday
Location: 2501 West University Drive McKinney, TX 75071
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2!
Contract: 12-month Contract with potential extension
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizenship required

Training: Training on 2nd shift and is expected to be completed within approximately 2 months, with weekly follow-ups. The position will remain on 2nd shift after training.
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling, reworking, and repairing products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. This entry-level position involves using hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment while following written instructions and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to maintain a clean and organized work area.
What You Will Do
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment.
- Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
- Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and record identified defects.
- Assemble, rework, and/or repair assemblies and products according to engineering specification changes.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- Lift, carry, or push up to 10 pounds.
